PeakX 3D App Portfolio
Five 3D mobile apps across simulation and adventure, all live on Google Play.
Overview
We carried the production discipline we built on the app side over to 3D apps: in 2026 we produced and published five different 3D mobile apps with a single team, from concept to store release. Building Inspector Simulator and Data Center are technical profession simulators; Repair the Sunset and Sparkers are story-driven adventures; Beastball is a fantasy sports app. Different genres, one production line.
The challenge
In 3D app production the real cost is content, not code: if scenes, models, animation, audio and level design start from scratch in every app, five apps mean five times the cost. The second challenge is mobile performance: 3D scenes have to stay smooth on low-end phones. The third is the store: each app needs its own data safety declaration, rating questionnaire and promotional material, so each one is a separate release process.
The solution
We built a shared Unity base package: the entry flow, settings, save system, audio management, localisation and store integration all come from the same layer in every app. Each new app writes only its own interactions and content. On performance we set a draw-call and triangle budget per scene, and the models were produced against that budget. For the store we used a single release checklist — all five apps shipped against the same list.
Results
- 5 apps live on Google Play during 2026
- A shared Unity base: entry, saves, audio, localisation, store
- Two genres (simulation and adventure) from one production line
- A draw-call and triangle budget per app
- A repeatable store process driven by a single release checklist
